Meals on Wheels and classroom assistance for teaching English as a second language at the Thomas Jefferson Adult & Career Education Center.
Interests:
Gardening, landscaping, animal husbandry, and a love for exploring the outdoors.
Vision for Esmont: Revitalizing downtown Esmont will keep this area's history alive.

Vision of Esmont: Restored village with attractions that welcome and draw in community and surrounding area residents; Broader knowledge throughout the county and beyond as to what Esmont as a whole has to offer; A greater sense of community between all residents

Work Status: Retired. Formerly Police Officer, Postmistress of Esmont for 26 years.
Residence: Resides in Esmont with ancestry going back to great, great grandmother.  

Areas of Expertise: Master Gardner, Vestry at St. Anne's Parrish, Albemarle Chapter of DAR, archery instructor.
Vision for Esmont: Would love to see all the houses fixed up and people living in them with pride, to see the Depot rebuilt as a possible museum, and capture the history of Esmont back to when hotel and stores were viable.
